Malmo Ltd - Auckland Theatre Co

Thanks again for the excellent service with the scaff tower hire for Auckland Theatre Company's Polly Hood in Mumuland at the Mangere Arts Centre last week.

Glendowie Primary School Fire

The fire that destroyed a large part of Glendowie Primary School and caused damage to a similar area was a significant event for both the school and the Ministry.

The timing of the fire, less than a month before the start of the new school year presented a number of challenges in providing temporary classrooms and also repairing the damaged rooms for use. The works were very ably managed by Tony Coleman of Building Solutions who addressed the demolition and repairs and Martin Hall who arranged the establishment of the temporary rooms.

Critical to the success of the operation however, was the co-operation from contractors. Both the school and Ministry received overwhelming support from the construction sector, and the dedication and sheer hard work put in by everyone involved was amazing and hugely appreciated.

I am writing to simply say 'thank you' to you and your staff for your company's contribution to the project - without you and your construction colleagues, we could not have achieved the re-opening of the school in such a short time.

Yours sincerely

The Police Managers' Guild Trust

...thank you for your most generous support by placing the medium business card sized sponsorship space on page 43. Without the support of Access Scaffolding Ltd this booklet would not have been possible. You have contributed to a product that will greatly assist parents, families and communities in raising awareness and education levels on family violence issues.

In addition to producing 14,000 journals, we were able to make a substantial contribution to funding community support groups in the district. This will greatly assist their work. The Police Managers' Guild Trust programmes have provided over 300,000 journals and $340,000 dollars in funding community support groups in the local district.

Thank you again for your contribution and we look forward to your support in the future.

Your sincerely on behalf of The Police manager's Guild Trust - Jim Searle, Chairman
